Beautiful Kamaole Sands is located on South Kihei (pronounced key-hay) Road in south Kihei, Maui directly across from Kamaole III State Beach park. It is approximately a 20 - 25 minute drive from the airport. The complex is situated on approximately 15 acres of land and is composed of 10 - 4 story buildings. There are 440 apartments and all have spectacular views of either the west Maui mountains, Haleakala, the beautiful center court landscaping or the ocean (some have all). The apartments are one, two or three bedroom units and all have two full bathrooms.

Amenities abound! The complex has 7 Bar-B-Q pits, a full sized pool, 2 jet spas, a kiddy pool, a snack bar, activities desks and 4 tennis courts. That’s all outside! Inside, all apartments have cable TV, full kitchens, phones (many are private lines), a washer and dryer, most have air conditioning and sofas that can be converted into queen size beds. Most apartments are available for rental although there are some full time residents.
